This panel shows the top 24 blocks by burn, not the global mint count. An Unminted row means the eNAT is still open for anyone to claim; a Minted row shows its current owner.
New mints arrive over a server-pushed stream the instant the indexer accepts them. Initial rows come from /api/v1/mints/recent; the live feed prepends fresh rows as they hit chain.
Live rows show a Live badge and pending finality until the next ISR cycle hydrates the full burn / finalized fields. Disconnects auto-reconnect with exponential backoff.
